Edward glared again at his sister, how could she betray him in such a painful way?! and Bella! why did she care more for that thing than for herself?!
"then... I'm staying around...." he said and walked downstairs to the livingroom, there he would like to think on a batter plan. |

Faith shook her head and then looked at Bella and Esme. "I meant it... I will protect you" she smiled and then looked down to her Belly. "is he... or she... really moving?" she asked with a bright hope in her eyes, she knew she would never be able to have a baby, but she would be more than pleased to have a nephew or a niece. |

Bella sighed and burried her head into Esme's shoulder, drained from fighting with Edward, hating it when she fought with him, though she couldn't remember the last time they fought, though it was probably just about him changing her. "Thankyou Faith" Bella thanked faith, her hand resting on her baby bump.
"Yeah, baby does move, it's a little nudger" she smiled, though she knew she couldn't stay around and talk, she had to go and make up with Edward. "I've got to go and make things good with Edward.... I'll see you guys later" she told them, going downstairs, releived when she saw her husband, going and laying down on the couch, her head using Edward's lap as a pillow. "Hey" she greated him, looking at him apologetically "I still love you, more then anything in the world" she told him, her hand reaching up and resting on his cheek. "Do you still love me?" she asked, wanting to make sure that the fight wasn't more then she thought it was

At first, Edward didn't want to see her, he knew she was coming downstairs because of Esme's and Faith's thoughts, he first planned to go as fast as he could as far as he could, but then he couldn't she was his anchor to life, and he couldn't get apart from her.
But then when he felt her so close to him, he couldn't help himself, and looked down at her sweet face, she indid looked beautiful pregnant, but he knew that something was wrong...
"that is the problem... I love you more than my life!... and you're asking me to allow you to risk your life for this... a childish thing... you said you didn't want it... motherhood, now why do you want it so much that you're willing to risk your life for it?"
He rubbed gently her cheek with his fingers. |

"Edward...." Bella began, not sure how to explain to him, wanting to make him understand "This wasn't planned, I didn't expect for it to happen, but now that it has.... I already love this baby, it's my little nudger and I can't kill it, I have to do this for this baby, I have to, I don't think I can live with myself if I kill it, half of it is you, and I don't want to loose it now that it's here, so I don't have a choice anymore, I have to carry out the pregnancy" she told him, her hands slipping to rest on his chest, her body turning onto her side so she could bunch up closer to him.
"I'm going to be fine, I'll pull through, I'll do everything that Carlisle tells me, I promise, even if it means I don't leave bed for 9 months, I'm going to do everything I can to keep myself and this child safe" she told him "Please, just be here for me, I need you now more than ever"

Edward had to control himself again, he knew that in less than a second Faith would be down there ripping off his head if he tried to hurt Bella's little monster, so he nodded finally feeling al defeated, he would have to think on a how, but later, now he was going to be Bella's lovely and caring husband.
"I will always stay by yourside, don't worry" he leaned down and kissed her forehead. |

"Thankyou" Bella thanked Edward, leaning up and kissing her husband, keeping his lips to hers before she sighed and looked at the time "We have to go and meet Carlisle at the hospital five minutes ago" Bella told Edward, kissing Edward again lightly. "We need to have an ultra sound" she told him, her hand resting protectivly on her baby bump.
She got up and held out her hand for Edward, making her way to the car, jumping in and starting it. "Come on, I promised I would tell you and have us at the hospital by five" she told Edward, driving towards the hospital with Edward, leaning over and kissing him when she pulled up and parked. "Thankyou" she thanked him, getting out of the car and going to meet Carlisle in his office.

Edward breathed in deeply, he looked at her and then he nodded and smiled, if Faith would be listening his thoughts as he knew she was, she was going to see his pain and that he was acting that smile just for Bella.
"ok... let's go..." He walked with her, now more than ever treating her like a porcelain doll. He walked with her and shook his head. "I drive" he said and placed her on the passenger's seat. "I love you, I will always be there for you"
Then he drove to the hospital. |

"Thankyou" Bella thanked Edward "You have no idea how much it means to me, thankyou" she thanked him, getting out of the car when he pulled up, leading him down to Carlisle's office, holding his hand as they went in, smiling weakly as she greeted Carlisle. "Hi" she greeted him, looking aprehensivly at the ultrasound equipment, not sure how it worked for sure, though she knew that she would know soon enough.
"I told him, and we're ready for the ultrasound now" she told him, going and sitting on the table like she had seen in the movies, not letting go of Edward's hand, dragging him along with her, not wanting to let him go.
