Esme had been minding her business, just cleaning like she usually did considering she had alot of free time on her hands, so she hadnt been expecting Bella to go rushing in, yelling out that she wasnt there to kill her own daughter, the part human angel.
It took Esme a while to realize what Bella was saying, and at that, Esme dropped the vase she had just picked up with one hand before to vacuum the table it had been on. Finally,s he caught on to what Bella was saying. She changed in those few seconds.
"WHAT?!" she yelled, then headed over to Bella, taking her by the shoulders tightly. "Where?! Where are they?" she continued, just as loudly.
Esme was no longer the kind woman every one knew. She was the protective mother bear, and her cubs were in danger. She would NOT let Faith continue.
No one was being hunted on her watch.

"Esme, you're hurting me" Bella said when she grabbed her shoulders, her face twisting in pain as she grabbed her ripped up shoulder that Faith had decided to make into a meal, carefully prying Esme's protective fingers off her shoulder. She was shocked with how fast the Cullen mother was by her, leaving a broken vase on the pristinely clean floor.
"When I ran up here they were on the east edge of the forest, not far in from the house, but they could have moved since" Bella told her, worried about her husbamd "I want to come too, I'm worried about Edward"

She glared at him and then punched him and sent hm several meters far from her.
"think on what?! Bree?... Alice, Esme, Carlisle, Jasper, emmett?! you?! Come on Eddy!!... I'm a monster!! that's why I left 50 years ago..." she said with pain in her eyes and soul, her voice cracked at the end. Edward was right now that bella wasn't there it was quite easy for her to think clearly and control herself.
Although Bella's scent was still in the air and Faith could almost see it in a flourescent way all the path Bella took, Faith stood there like a statue. "Take Bella away... take her to alaska... I don't know... I can't leave now... and I can't be in the same house with her without killing her."

* ** [/font]  *********Edward hadn't wanted to hurt his sister, but he had to protect his wife no matter what against anything and anyone! He felt the punch and landed several meter away from her. the punch had been as if he had been hit by a meteorite, but he knew it was Faith's usual strength, she still had newborn's blood in her system.
He looked at her and was going to run aainst her again, when she stood there as a statue, if a tourist had seen her, he for sure would have thought that she was a statue forgotten there by an artist.
"Liza..." he said and walked closer to her. "I'm not asking you to hurt others... and I can't leave either, Bella, Nessie and my life is here, with our family... with you too... but I can't let you hurt Bella, or anyother in the family" he said and stayed there looking at her.

Faith then closed her eyes, she knew she wouldn't have much time until Edward knew what was in her mind, so she had to act by instinct not reason it at all!
She opened her eyes and jumped against Edward, grabbed him by the neck of his shirt and sniped once and sent him far in the cottage's direction, then ran to the house, she was following Bella's sent, nothing else. After 5 seconds, she was there, she saw her prey and smirked. She hadn't noticed Esme there with Bella.

Bella jumped when she heard a noise, turning around and seeing Faith standing in the entrance to the Cullen house, her eyes going wide. "Or maybe she found me" she told Esme, continuing from their conversation, looking around, trying to find somewhere to run, though she was worried about Edward, worried that he was hurt, or worse... dead. She backed away to the other side of the loungeroom, the furthest place from Faith, feeling bad because Esme had just cleaned the loungeroom, not wanting to cause a mess.
She couldn't stop herself, she had to ask, she was too worried about him to be able to concerntrate on anything else, knowing that she didn't care if she lived or not if Edward was dead. "Where's Edward?" She asked Faith, worried out of her mind
