Bella groaned, getting irritated with having to wait for everything, with everything delayed, with everything being put off and off and off. "How about we go do it now?" Bella asked, sick of waiting "I'm sick of waiting for everything, sick of everything being put off or delayed, Alice will be mad if she doesn't come, so we can go and pick her up and then drive to Vegas, what do you think?" Bella asked, pulling over to the side of the road so she could talk to Edward properly

Edward sighed and knew that it was something impossible to do... the wait, but with Alice it was always like that she was a perfectionist, almost with an OCD and well through the years the family knew her and were used to her excentricities.
"WEell... she would be more than angry with both of us. and besides I know your parents will thank you to invite them to your wedding." he winked at her and kissed her lips.
"let's set a day... and if it's a bad weather day, then we'll do it inside" He smiled. |

Bella took a deep breathe, picking up her phone and quickly turning it off, knowing that Alice was going to be ringing non stop when she saw her decision. "Next Saturday?" Bella asked Edward, knowing that she was going to give Alice a heart attack. "As in, a week from today?" Bella asked "I'm sick of waiting for everything, of everything being put off, I want something to happen, not just be talked about happening" Bella told him, holding his hand "It feels like nothing is happening, I mean, it was graduation to be changed, and then after our wedding, and now we don't even know when that's happening, I want something to happen"

Edward opened widely his eyes, he knew Alice and he knew she was going to die again, but then he sighed and nodded, he understood why she was so desperated.
"Next Saturday... Ok... I'll talk to Alice and I'll tell her about it" he lifted her chin and smiled at her then he kissed her lips tenderly. "ok?"
He knew that it meant he would have to turn her and that he would lose that beautiful beat of her heart. |

"Thankyou" Bella thanked Edward, returning his kiss, half wishing they weren't in the car, that they were back at her house so they could just curl up on the couch. "You might want to turn off your phone" Bella whispered to Edward between kissing him "I did, Alice is going to kill me when she has her vision" Bella half smiled at Edward, knowing that this next week was going to be very interesting. She sighed "Atleast she won't be able to spend too much in a week" she said, trying to look at the bright side of Alice being so mad at her.
She gave Edward one last long, deep, pasionate kiss before she broke away smiling, starting the car again and pulling back onto the highway. "Where do you want to go?" Bella asked

Edward smiled and then sighed she was right, Alice would freak out! so as he was turning off his phone, he smiled and shook his head, he looked at her and then shook her head. "you really don't know Alice" he smiled. Alice could spend the income of a small country in a weekend if she wanted.
"Well... we can go wherever you want." But he knew she would love to go to their meadow. |

Bella sighed, knowing that Alice would be freaking out and it was only fair that they go and help her with the wedding before she actually tracked them down to murder them, only to bring them back to life so she could marry Edward.
"We better go back to your house" Bells sighed, turning around "Alice is going to be freaking out about only having a week to go, it's only fair that we go and offer ourselves for her to finish hemming your suit and finish my dress or she's going to have a heart attack." Bella pointed out "And then there is probably alot of stuff that we're probably not even thinking about that she thinks we need to do and pick out"

Edward looked at her kind of surprised, for the first time in a long time, she had controlled her hormones and was acting again like a responsible adult, like the Bella he first met a year ago.
"ok, if that's what you want, then let's get back home, remember Bella... it's not my house it is home, our house... now in less than a week you'll be my wife and it will be yours too. so... HOME"
He leaned and kissed her cheek tenderly. He knew alice would have a lot of work for him and Bella. |

Bella laughed when Edward gave her the little speech about it being their home, still feeling like it was the Cullen house, not her house, knowing that Rosalie didn't want her there. "Like there's going to be enough of me left to marry on Saturday after Alice gets her hands on me" Bella told Edward laughing "You may be left with an arm and nothing else" she smiled before she realised something, her smiling leaving "I'm going to have to go to my hens night this week" she groaned, not wanting to have one at all.

He shook his head and then placed his hand on her shoulder. "My love, don't worry, she'll freak out but she loves you too much to hurt you, even because of this." the he leaned and kissed her temple.
"Well... yeah, and I'm sure Alice will prepare it too, maybe she's already thinking on it right now" He said knowing Bella wouldn't like the idea, but he loved her human reactions. |

"I don't want a hens night" Bella groaned, though she knew that Edward was going to insist that she had the 'human experiance'. "Are you having a bucks night?" she asked him, not knowing if Alice was going to force him into one too, then another thought crossed her mind and she groaned again. "i have to tell charlie tonight" she told Edward, burrying her face in his shoulder.
"Before you say a thing" she began, knowing she was about to get a lecture about having not told him "He's really scary and he didn't need to know before because we didn't have a date, and you're not comming because he will try and kill you and it will reveal yourself to not be human when his bullet bounces off you" she told him
She then sighed and sat up, knowing that it was time for them to go before Alice got madder and madder. "Come on, time to go and face Alice" she told Edward, turning the key in the ignition.
She pulled back onto the road and started driving back towards the Cullen house, knowing that she was in trouble with Alice before she even pulled up outside to find Alice waiting for her. "Wish me luck" Bella told Edward, pulling up and parking, cutting the ignition and getting out. "Hi Alice.... Edward and I set a date"
