| GENERAL APPEARANCE: Most people would call Nina cute, that is if she is smiling and they don't notice her crimson eyes. She most of the time has a bit of an emotionless expression on her face because of her past. She has long light brown hair which is either curly or wavy depending on the weather. She is a normal height and weight for a twelve year old with practically no muscle in sight. She has a beautiful smile but when she is angry she looks very scary.

| OVERALL PERSONALITY: It is rare to see Nina happy, it is normal to see her sad and normal to see her angry. After Jack changed her and she killed him her heart has been broken and she never even tried to glue it back together. She has just turned into this person her keeps to herself and wants to kill any guy that looks the slightest bit like Jack or reminds her of Jack. She hates the idea of vampire and human relationships as she has been through one that had ended so badly. She is starting to become more calmer around others now because of how lonely she is feeling, she hopes that she might be able to find a coven that she could fit into.

She would still love to write though she never has the materials and writing always reminds her of the parts of her human life she can remember. It makes her sad remembering the life she could have had but didn't because she disobeyed her mother and dated a vampire. She uses her ability a lot, whenever she hears movement around her she makes herself invisible as she is also scared of being attacked by older vampires. She does not know about the Volturi or that their are rules in the vampire world, she is smart enough to know not to let humans know about her being a vampire though.

| HISTORY: Nina Lucy Rowell was born on the 12th October. She grew up living a normal life for the time and was expected to get married and become a housewife like all the other girls from small, non-rich family. She was fine with that, she never wanted to be anything special though she loved writing stories about creatures like vampires and witches. She really hoped that she would actually get to meet one of these creatures and now she really regrets wanting to meet one. She knows now that they are dangerous and not to be messed with.

On her twelfth birthday her parents held a small party that anyone from the town could come to and that is where she met Jack. He was older than her, 4 years older to be exact but she fell for him the second she saw him. Her mother saw how Nina looked at Jack and banned her from seeing him. Of course, like in many love stories this didn't stop Nina nor Jack. He had fallen for Nina as well and they secretly started dating. As the months past they got more and more serious and Nina found herself acting much older than she was. She really loved Jack and she wanted to spend her whole life with him.

When they had been dating for about 7 months Jack cracked, he had been keeping a big secret from Nina but he needed to tell her so he did. Nina reacted with excitement, Jack was a vampire, one of the creatures she wrote stories about and had always wanted to meet. It didn't bother Nina at all that she had been kissing him, that she had been so close to him because he had never hurt her. From her reaction Jack kissed her passionately, Nina took it as a sign that he was happy he had told her but his lips moved down to her neck and she felt something sharp against her skin where his lips were. She began to panic, wondering if she should run but she was too slow, he bit into her neck and began to drink. She passed out less than a minute after.

She was in horrible pain for what felt like years. She felt like she was being burnt alive. But eventually it stopped, and with the burning her heart stopped beating as well. She opened her eyes to her new life and the first thing she saw was Jack. She growled at him and her first meal was the blood of her creator. She had not wanted to be changed into a creature of the night, she had not gave him permission to change her and she couldn't control her anger. The burning in her throat was what kwpt her moving after she killed Jack, it was what stopped her from mourning him straight away. She went out into the open and went on her first hunt, learning quickly about her abilities.

She became quickly adapted to the lifestyle of a vampire and travelled around becoming a nomad. She was smart enough to learn to stay out of the sun and not to hunt in crowded areas, that is how she stays alive. When she was a few years old as a vampire she discovered another power that she had, a special ability to make herself invisible to humans and vampires. She was excited about having that power as she could walk around in daylight and noone would see her sparkling. She is now starting to become lonely and is looking for a coven to join. She isn't looking for a partner though, she is still heartbroken and angry because of what Jack did.
