| GENERAL APPEARANCE: Billie stands at 5’7” and weighs 120lbs. Her eyes are red because of her diet of human blood, and their colour varies depending on her level of thirst. Because she is a vampire, she possesses the traits of every other - inhuman speed, strength, beauty and pale, hard skin. Billie’s hair is golden blonde and is most commonly found down - she doesn’t like to tie it up. She wears any clothes, but when she hunts, she wears the best clothes possible to attract her prey.

| HABITS: Billie can sometimes get lazy and bring her prey to her by telekinesis. She also flicks her hair when she’s nervous.
| OVERALL PERSONALITY: Billie is a very strong willed person who doesn’t like it when she doesn’t get her own way. When angry or threatened, she uses her powers to her advantage. She sometimes lifts the person or thing up using telekinesis and throws them into things, or throws things into them. She can sometimes be sadistic with her powers.
Billie’s opinion on humans varies. During hunting, she feels nothing for them, for they are just a meal. But when she is level headed and not clouded by her thirst, she feels pity for the humans and sometimes changes a special few. Her control is average, so sometimes she cannot stop once she’s started. Only 50% end up living their second life.
Billie craves attention, and this is because she thinks she was left out of everything while she was human. If people don’t notice her, she’ll sometimes go to extremes to make everyone look at her. Her powers sometime become useful for this.
Billie tries her best at everything, because she is very competitive. She is very stubborn to new ideas and sticks to what she knows, which is why she still believes that vampires get burnt in the sunlight. She doesn’t like to take risks - she stays in her comfort zone because she doesn’t want her second life to end. She loves being a vampire, even though she’s a nomad. Becoming a vampire was the best thing that ever happened to her.

| HISTORY: Billie Esther Deets was born in the 1940’s and was the youngest of four children. She lived a relatively normal human life, aside from the fact that she was obsessed with the paranormal. She believed in everything - witches, magic, ghosts, vampires, everything and anything. She spent a significant amount of time trying to practice magic, but she was never able to do anything though she could feel that she had some ability. She always thought she was the odd one out of her family, ‘the ugly one’ of the girls. She strived to be better looking and for others to admire her, and got her wish when she was changed.
On a dark and rainy night, Billie was found by a dark haired, beautiful man. He was easily the most handsome man she had ever seen. The man introduced himself as Laurent, and upon seeing his dark red eyes, Billie realised what the man was. Thrilled to see a supernatural being before her, she begged Laurent to change her. He was intrigued that she knew immediately knew what he was, but complied with her wish. Billie was left in the street in blistering pain, and had to hide in the stinky drains for three days. She had no further contact with Laurent, he had left as soon as he bit her, but Billie didn’t care. She was now exactly who she wanted to be. Fast, strong, and best of all, beautiful.
In her first few months as a vampire, Billie found her thirst unbearable and she had killed half of the population of her small village, including her own father. She was never caught though, because she was always careful when she dumped the bodies and she only hunted at night. This was partially because she didn’t want any interference from the mysterious royal clan of vampires, the Volturi, but it was mainly because she believed the common knowledge of vampires. Billie avoids the sun, stakes, crucifixes and holy water at all costs.
Billie returned to her methods of learning magic and trying to learn special abilities. She found that as a vampire, she has the power of telekinesis. This enables her to move an object with her thoughts alone, but only works when she is looking at it and completely focused, and she cannot move more than one object at once. Her power is not an illusion like Jane’s, so mental shields are useless. Bella would be vulnerable to her power just like everyone else. Physical shields would work though. Billie knows her powers well, often using it to bring her prey to her when she is lazy. She wishes to be more powerful with her powers, and one day hopes that she would be able to move more than one object. She tries to expand her ability in her spare time.
Billie has attempted to change a few humans into vampires, but only has a 50% success rate. She spends her time travelling around the world, making the most of her ability and beauty to get her way. She has been to every continent, and has most recently made her way to North America, mainly the areas around Forks. She is oblivious to the werewolves, and that might get her into strife.
