| GENERAL APPEARANCE: Beauty. Thats the one word you'll need to describe the french girl. With brown hair that goes just past her shoulders, with natural high lights and a tint of blonde, dark, puppy dog brown eyes, and of course the oval and slightly heart shape faced, and perfect pink lips, it looks like she has 'been under the knife' a few times, however it isnt artificial. In fact, she doesnt even put make up on!

However, when she becomes angry...its a different matter.

When angered, "her hair seemed to crackle with electricity" and her voice would become slightly shrill...well, not even slightly! She seems to turn into a harpy.



PERSONALITY

| OVERALL PERSONALITY: Noelle is noted for being extremely intelligent and hard-working, coming out on top in most of her classes. She was so adept at school work at that she often had time to do hobby work on the side, such as causes for cancer, or sex education seeing her mother has been 'knocked up' twice, as well as many slide shows and talks on racism. Such acts demonstrate Noelle's social conscience, tenacity, and compassion.

Noelle readily relies on logic. Although this often helps her cleverly deduce information that many others miss, Noelle's emphasis on logic also makes her sceptical about accepting anything without proof.

Noelle often acts as the voice of reason among her more impulsive friends, to varying levels of success, and is reluctant to break rules unless it is necessary in pursuit of something more important. Noelle is not afraid to stand up to her friends or family when she thinks it is in their best interests or when she feels they are wrong. Noelle is very determined and focused, in that she "always keeps her attention focused on the job that must be done. Noelle's strong will is something that comes out quite well when needed.

Because of her intelligence and her opinionated nature, Noelle has the reputation for being a bossy know-it-all. However, her sometimes abrasive confidence masks her insecurities and great fear of failure. Noelle feels the need to prove herself at all cost, her pride getting in the way with romance, and other such things. She does not let anyone bully her about this, however, and stands up to bigots.

Although Noelle is brave, she can have quite a panic attack in the face of sudden danger, liking to control everything. However, she can adapt quite well when she needs do too. Noelle is also quite blunt with her opinions, sometimes to the point of not being very tactful;

Despite this, Noelle is generally sensitive to others' emotions and will lie when she has to, though she is not a skilled liar.

Noelle also tends to be rather argumentative. Although she is generally not as short-tempered as her friends, she has displayed a formidable one on several occasions, such as when she punches the living day lights out of students who tend to find it funny her mother has two children and has no idea who the father is (she sleeps around quite a bit), and then blackmailing a man into paying child support for her younger sister.

• Her mother tries to commit suicide, but Noelle catches her mother once she colapses from a drug over dose.
  
• After that, Noelle tracks down the man that her mother had been with before she had gotten pregnant with Noelle's sister, and finds that he's a small time drug dealer. She catches him in the act, blackmails him, and gets him to pay child support even though she knows that it isnt his child.
  
• With the money, she convinces her mother & sister to move to Forks.
