   It had been a week since Kaleb had first met his new friend, and vampire, Faith Cullen. Their meeting was all that Kaleb could think about, and it was downright getting on the pack’s nerves. It was gross enough for a vampire and werewolf to be friends, but Kaleb saw it as something more than that. It made every wolf gag, even open-minded Seth, but Kaleb wasn’t going to let the pack influence his decisions.
He’d called Faith yesterday to arrange this second meeting, a soda at one of the shops in Forks. The area was neutral grounds, and Kaleb was grateful. It was now 3pm, the exact time that they’d scheduled to meet. Kaleb stood near the outdoor seating area, his arms crossed as he waited for Faith. His heart was beating a million times a minute, the quick thudding ringing in his ears. He was nervous. Really nervous. He sighed, breathing in the scent of freshly baked muffins and other food from the bakery.

So she began to thing that he could have just forgot about her or that maybe by an Alpha order, they ordered him to stay away from her. Edward had explained to her more or less about the alpha power.
But then she got a call from Kaleb, it made her very happy! He invited her to have a soda in a place near there, a neutral place, She didn't drink anything that wasn't blood, but well... she wasn't going to refuse his invitation, so she agreed on meeting him at thr soda place.
She went to Port Angeles and bought some clothes, she just had the black dress she had worn back in Volterra, and which he had already seen, when they met. So when she walked right to the cafeteria, she was wearing a pair of pale blue low waist line jeans, a navy blue shirt, and a pair of navy conversse.
If her heart could have beat, for sure it would have been beating extremely fast, she was nervous, why?! he was a wolf!! just a friend! so why?! she didn't know, but she loved the idea of spending the evening with him. She poked his high broad shoulder and smiled. "I'm sorry if I'm late" her violet eyes looked at him and a charming sweet smiled made her pale fair face look almost really human.

She smiled at him, and if she would have been human, she would had been sweating and trembling, because of her nervous, he looked so hot!! even in such casual clothes.
"I'm glad" she said looking at his watch, then she sighed, not because of lack of air, but because she was nervous. "I've been fine, thank you... still trying to settle in" she smiled shyly, it was true, she still felt that some memebers of the family didn't like the idea of having her there.
she began to walk right next to him, but being careful of not touching him, she didn't want to bother him with her cold skin. "and you?" she didn't know if it would be ok to ask of his patrolls or how were the others in the pack... she was so knew to all of that!!!

She nodded at him as she sat at the counter too. "Yeah... some things can't be forgotten, that easily... I think" she sighed and then smiled at him, but then her smiled faded away. She didn't want to be a burden for anyone!
"Kaleb, I'm thankful that you trust me that much, but If being with me causes you any kind of troubles..." she stopped, she didn't want to say those words, she wanted to be with him, she enjoyed his company. before she spoke the woman came and after kaleb ordered, Liza didn't know what to order, it was kind of difficult when you couldn't taste the food.
"I'll have..." she bit her lip. "the same he ordered" she smiled at the woman and then looked back at Kaleb. her eyes were sad again.
